Lessons

We can offer pony rides (small children), beginning English and Western riding lessons, and horsemanship lessons for those who want to know more about handling horses *before* getting in the saddle.  

Lessons cost $40 per hour.  
Horseback riding lessons from the ground up start with foundational knowledge and skills, focusing on understanding horse behavior, grooming, tack handling, and safety. Beginners learn how to communicate effectively with the horse through groundwork exercises, establishing trust and respect. As they progress, they develop balance, posture, and rein techniques while riding, building confidence and harmony with their equine partner. These lessons aim to create a solid base for safe and enjoyable riding, fostering a deeper connection with the horse.
